Payment Terms

The easiest way to pay me is via Paypal, which enables you to either pay via your account or credit card. If  you are in Australia, then I am also able to accept payment via cash, bank deposit or money order.

If you pay me via Paypal or any means where I do not receive the funds instantly, then work will not commence until those funds clear.

It saddens me to regularly receive enquiries from people who’ve found themselves stuck with an hourly rate for larger projects where they’ve run out of money. I am not a fan of the “open cheque book” approach and do not work in this manner.

That said it “takes two to tango” and I strongly advise visiting my Consulting page prior to making an enquiry – I provide valuable tips on what to consider before hiring a website professional – you need to be organised and know what you require!

For larger projects I will do the following:-

  • Quote a fixed sum for the project.
  • 50% of my fee is payable upfront and the remainder on completion.
  • I will charge you nothing and refund any deposit if I am unable to deliver your project due to a fault of my own.
