Welcome to QualityWebSiteHelp.com which is owned and operated by me, Jonathan Clayman. I have spent a number of years working in the IT industry and was motivated to start my own web consultancy earlier this year. I decided on this path because I kept meeting people who either wanted a web site or had one that was not performing to their expectations.

Having worked in this sector whilst living in the United Kingdom as explained later, I have always had a problem with the way web sites are usually developed, resulting in poor performance. My process is different from most, aiming to develop a web site which is both easy to navigate and use and which is likely to be found. I am sure that you will agree that there is not much point in a web presence that no one can find!

I was fortunate enough to live in the United Kingdom during the dot com madness that swept that part of the world and had my baptism of fire in the internet sector during 2000 - 2003. I went one day from providing IT support to being involved in the marketing and business development side of a small dot com startup. During this period, I saw a number of businesses fail due to poorly executed plans and developers who were more interested in the "bells and whistles" than in running a business.

I have worked in a variety of IT environments and have always felt that one of the biggest failings of that industry, is the failure of so called techies to communicate clearly and concisely with other areas of the company.

After returning to Australia in early 2004, I continued my web development and marketing activities and are currently involved in the running and ongoing maintenance of a number of web sites.
