About Me
I have worked in the IT industry for over 10 years and got my start in the internet sector whilst living in the United Kingdom. I found myself swept up by the Dotcom madness that swept the world and had my baptism of fire in the internet sector during 2000 - 2003.
One day I was working in IT support and the next I found myself involved in the marketing and business development side of a startup. During this period, I saw a number of businesses, including the one that I was associated with, fail due to poorly executed plans and unreliable developers who had no business acumen.
Sadly, I never made my millions and moved on to other things.
This motivated me to learn how to develop web sites to ensure that I was not placed in this position again. I launched my own consultancy in early 2007 and have enjoyed helping people globally ever since.
Australia is in a rather remote part of the world, but as you'll see from my Testimonials page, I regularly do work for people globally in countries such as the USA, Canada, the United Kingdom and even Panama!
I am a believer in telecommuting/working remotely and have no need for expensive offices, so I pass these cost savings to you.
I have always prided myself in my ability to communicate with anyone in easy to understand language, since it has been my experience that one of the main failings of the IT industry is the failure of so called techies to communicate clearly and concisely in jargon free, easy to understand language.
